The filer intends to make proposals to the issuer for the purpose of enhancing corporate value and shareholder value, including changes to capital policy, improvement of capital efficiency, review of business structure, and strengthening of corporate governance (which may constitute significant proposal activities). These proposals include increased dividends, acquisition or cancellation of treasury shares, and general views regarding board composition. Such proposals will be made at times deemed appropriate based on market conditions, management circumstances, and the status of dialogue with
