Important proposal activities: To achieve this purpose, we engage in important proposal activities including: improvement of capital structure through utilizing interest-bearing debt and controlling shareholder equity; divestiture, suspension or discontinuation of all or part of key businesses (basic chemicals business); and shareholder returns through share buybacks or dividend increases.
