The submitter holds these shares for the purpose of enhancing the company's corporate value and shareholder value through constructive dialogue. The basic policy is long-term holding as a pure investment. However, taking into consideration the issuer's management policies, financial condition, business environment, earnings outlook, compliance with the Corporate Governance Code, and various matters relating to the board of directors, the submitter may, at a time deemed appropriate and within the scope permitted by law, undertake significant proposal actions including additional acquisition of
